The world's first fashion shows began around 1915, but before these, the Longchamp Grand Prix in Paris, France became the world's center of fashion as women and men would come out to display the latest designs.  There was so much diversity in all the pieces that you can get a sense of how much fun these people must have had, especially when you see how many of them stood on chairs for most of the day!  These photos from 1910-1920 give a rare glimpse in to the burgeoning world of high fashion in Paris.
